Location: Remote
Clearance: Must obtain TSA Public Trust
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Required Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Security+ (CompTIA)
Minimum Experience:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex IT or federal programs, preferably within DHS or TSA.
- Demonstrated experience leading distributed teams, overseeing risk, schedule, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall execution of the EPMP program, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality performance for all contract deliverables.
- Provide monthly status reports summarizing progress, risks, accomplishments, and upcoming activities.
- Maintain and update the master program schedule, providing early warning on risks to budget, staffing, or timelines.
- Collaborate with TSA’s Program Office to prioritize program activities and align resources to mission-critical outcomes.
- Oversee development and implementation of process improvements aligned with TSA’s EPMP framework.
- Coordinate risk management strategies, including development of risk registers and contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable quality and documentation standards.
- Support executive communications and stakeholder coordination across TSA system owners and user communities.
- Monitor performance metrics across EPMP application support, system enhancements, end-user support, and cybersecurity.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Program Office, and Technical Leads.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TSA, DHS, or other federal transportation/security programs.
- Familiarity with the PMIS, AIM, and PIMS systems, or similar IT support environments.
