¡Actualmente estamos buscando incorporar un Líder Regional de Ventas a nuestro equipo!
Serás responsable de supervisar y desarrollar un equipo de ventas, además de brindar beneficios a clientes actuales y nuevos.
Responsabilidades:

Supervisar y coordinar las actividades del equipo de ventas

Establecer territorios, cuotas y metas para el equipo

Analizar estadísticas de ventas para identificar áreas de mejora

Rastrear resultados y tendencias regularmente para proyecciones comerciales

Informar sobre el desempeño del equipo e individual

Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas innovadoras

Construir y formar nuevas alianzas con clientes potenciales
Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en ventas, servicio al cliente o campo relacionado

Experiencia como supervisor(a) o gerente
-
Fuertes cualidades de liderazgo

Capacidad para generar relaciones con los clientes

Manejo de Zoom
-
Orientación al servicio al cliente
Pago:
Este puesto es basado en desempeño, con compensación únicamente por comisión. Contamos con un horario sugerido diseñado para ayudarte a alcanzar tus metas financieras.
