How You Will Make an Impact

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer affiliate marketing campaigns. Coordinate with micro influencers to ensure smooth execution and adherence to campaign guidelines.
  • Influencer Discovery: Identify influencers and content creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Influencer Management: Support the recruitment and relationship management of micro influencers. Maintain clear and effective communication with influencers to facilitate successful partnerships.
  • Influencer Manager Support: Provide support to the Influencer Manager, including preparing monthly briefs, presentations and managing documentation related to influencer campaigns.
  • Senior Social Media Manager Support: Provide support to the Senior Social Media manager and broader social team with tasks such as platform scheduling & programming across brands.
  • Work closely with cross-departmental teams such as creative, paid digital and brand managers to build relevant influencer campaigns.
  • Support the social media team with social platform scheduling across brands as needed.
  • Ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and product messaging with user generated content.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2-3 years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Basic understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as working independently on projects
