Job DescriptionJob Description: Aerial Precast Concrete, LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a general laborer, you will support various tasks within our precast concrete operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a growing company while gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Assist in concrete work and precast concrete installation.</li>
<li>Safely operate and work with various tools and equipment, including safety gear.</li>
<li>Work at heights and with ladders in a safe manner.</li>
<li>Perform general labor duties on job sites, including material handling and site preparation.</li>
<li>Follow company safety protocols and standards.</li>
<li>Occasional off-site work may be required, with all expenses covered by the company (including transportation, meals, and hotel stays).</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime.</li>
<li>Comfortable with heights and working on ladders.</li>
<li>Must be familiar with and follow safety equipment guidelines.</li>
<li>Experience in concrete work is required</li>
<li>Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.</li>
