D.R.'s Lawn Service LLC is seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Foreman/Driver to join our team. As a Landscape Foreman/Driver, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscape technicians, overseeing various landscaping projects, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment to different job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscape technicians, ensuring efficient work performance and adherence to project plans.

  2. Operate company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and crew members to job sites.

  3. Plan and schedule landscaping projects, including task delegation, materials management, and equipment allocation.

  4. Install and maintain various landscape elements, including plants, trees, irrigation systems

  5. Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.

  6. Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and project progress.

  7. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

  8. Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the shop, tools, and equipment.

  9. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.

  10. Stay current with industry advancements, techniques, and materials in landscaping.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, and irrigation systems.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Experience operating and maintaining landscape equipment and tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Commitment to safety and adherence to industry best practices.
