We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL. You will support the design and execution of leadership programs, assist in talent development strategies, and help cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders within the company.
Responsibilities

Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development programs

Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify leadership talent and growth opportunities

Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and training sessions

Analyze feedback and performance data to enhance development initiatives

Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

1-3 years of experience in leadership training, organizational development, or talent management
