We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about personal and professional growth, leadership training, and organizational development. You will support the design and execution of leadership programs, assist in talent development strategies, and help cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development programs

  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify leadership talent and growth opportunities

  • Facilitate workshops, team-building activities, and training sessions

  • Analyze feedback and performance data to enhance development initiatives

  • Support mentorship and coaching programs across departments

  • Research and propose innovative learning strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Track progress and report on key leadership metrics

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in leadership training, organizational development, or talent management

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines

  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office or HRIS tools

  • Self-driven with a collaborative spirit
