Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a K-12 school setting. Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students across a wide range of ages and speech/language needs (K-12)
- Knowledge of school-based speech and language therapy protocols and assessments
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Location: Naples, FL
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs and eligibility for services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and compliance with school regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success and inclusion
- Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with families regarding their child's progress
