We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Prepare financial reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
