What You’ll Do
As a Sales Agent, you’ll help clients across the U.S. find health insurance plans that fit their needs. All leads are inbound and connected directly to you.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls
- Assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
- Build and manage lasting client relationships
- Process insurance applications efficiently and accurately
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the client experience

Work Schedule
- Monday through Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- In-office only (No remote or part-time options available)

We’re looking for candidates who are:
- Motivated and career-minded
- Excellent communicators and strong closers
- Able to thrive in a high-performance sales environment
- Willing to get licensed (we’ll train and pay for it!)
- Dependable and ready to work full-time on-site
