Inside Sales and Member Experience Agent

Reports To: Director, Global Sales and Member Experience

Job Summary
The Inside Sales and Member Experience Agent plays a key role in driving profitability and deepening client engagement. This position blends relationship management and consultative sales with a strong understanding of travel industry operations and systems. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise to increase both transactional and non-transactional revenue across a defined client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international PNRs, including profiles, EPRs, exchanges, pricing, refunds, and airline ancillary services via EMDs
- Create, edit, and manage large datasets and simple databases; generate reports as needed
- Use Excel or similar tools to enter and format numerical/text data, create charts, graphs, and manage workbooks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to share best practices and align performance goals
- Conduct outreach and prospecting calls to new and existing members
- Maintain ARC lists across carrier programs and import them into CRM systems
- Draft and distribute contract/ticketing instructions to relevant agencies
- Upload airline agreements into the member portal
- Research and gather information using standard internet browsers and tools
- Use email and digital communication platforms effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a Corporate Travel Advisor
- Expert knowledge in at least one native-language GDS system
- Proven ability to manage complex travel itineraries, exchanges, and refunds
- Experience in a fast-paced travel agency or sales environment
- Strong consultative sales and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Other Requirements
- Ability to work long hours seated at a desk; occasional weekend availability may be required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as SugarCRM is a plus
- Must be comfortable using standard office equipment (computer, copier, scanner)
