Job Description
As the ITM Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) department, including leading a team of ITM Agents and overseeing ATM/ITM fleet. This position is also responsible for the cash management of the credit union and meeting sales and service level goals.
ITM Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the up-time, down-time and balancing of a fleet of machines
- Facilitates monthly process improvement meetings and trainings
- Utilizes process improvement tools to identify and eliminate friction points
- Responsible for the daily operations and performance of the ITM call center
- Manage direct reports to maximize productivity, efficiency, and the potential of human assets of the company, including hiring, directing job assignments, monitoring staff performance, coaching, counseling, training, assuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational mission, values, policies, and work rules
- Appraise performance and provide recommendations for staff compensation, promotion, and termination, as appropriate
- Runs reports as needed, uses data to make recommendations for improved processes
- Ensures cross-sales opportunities are maximized
- Reviews calls and coaches to performance
- Review of department policies and procedures in order to promote workforce, service, and operational excellence
ITM Manager Experience:
- Two to Five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
ITM Manager Education:
- High School degree or GED
ITM Manager Schedule:
- Exempt (Tuesday through Saturday)
