Production Worker – Jar Joy
Enjoy working at Jar Joy – North America's most unique dessert company, home to the exceptional dessert-in-a-jar concept! We're growing rapidly, offering numerous opportunities for advancement.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) operating our dessert production line. We welcome applicants with previous manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly line experience.
Available Shifts:

Monday to Friday (with occasional weekends as needed).
Available Roles:

Mixing Team, Mixing Preparation Team, Automated Production Line Team, Sanitation Team, Warehouse Team

Key Responsibilities:

Operate in a fast-paced production environment, assembling high-quality dessert products.

Maintain and uphold strict company quality and safety standards.

Handle opening or closing duties of the production area depending on shift assignment.

Ensure products are properly labeled, dated, and stored following sanitation guidelines.

Assist with breakdown and cleaning duties at the end of production shifts.

Follow supervisor instructions for additional tasks as needed.

Maintain consistent attendance and reliable job performance.
Qualifications:

Positive, professional attitude and strong team spirit.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Comfortable working in various temperature environments (warm, humid, and below 50°ree;F).

Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting items weighing over 25 lbs.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as required.
