April Way Media is a fast-growing social media marketing company that helps content creators build and monetize their online presence. We work with creators on social media platforms, handling everything from content strategy to marketing and operations. We’re now looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join us on-site in Miami and support the day-to-day operations of our team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
• Prepare reports, memos, emails, presentations, and other documents
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Organize company events, meetings, and offsite activities
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
• Monitor and prioritize emails and communications
• Conduct research and compile data as requested
• Help maintain social media profiles (Instagram, etc.) and schedule and publish social media posts as directed
• Assist with recruiting and screening potential new hires for our growing team
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
