Job Type: 30 Hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and keeping daily office operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner

Greet and assist visitors and clients

Collect, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages

Scan and file documents as needed

Perform basic data entry and manage correspondence through email

Assist with simple Word and Excel documents

Support general office operations and maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)

Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask

Prior office or administrative experience preferred, but not required
