No experience is required however candidates must obtain a Class D Security License from the State of Florida as this is a requirement. This is an entry-level resort community position where we will provide on-the-job training and continuing education to ensure your success. Compensation $15.00-$17.00 hourly
Holidays are paid time-and-a-half
Position: CONCIERGE, ACCESS CONTROL / GATEHOUSE & ROVER
FULL TIME & PART TIME POSITIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform walking/vehicular patrols throughout the duration of your shift
- Enforce the rules set forth by the customer in a professional and courteous manner
- Arrive on time, in proper uniform to your assigned post
- Ability to interact and communicate with the public
- Effective oral, written and active listening skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate emergency situations quickly and effectively while responding in the appropriate manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
- We believe in providing our customers with the strongest possible candidates to protect their assets, property, and personnel while maintaining a positive attitude.
- MUST have reliable transportation
- MUST possess a valid Florida Class D-License (or willing to obtain it)
- MUST be at least 18 years of age
- MUST be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
