We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Plumber to join our maintenance team. This role involves performing a wide range of plumbing duties to maintain, repair, and install water systems, fixtures, and related equipment in a high-rise condominium/community setting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems
  

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions
  

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
  

• Repair or replace broken or leaking fixtures, faucets, and water heaters
  

• Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed
  

• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and safety regulations
  

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent
  

• Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff to address facility issues
  

• Assist in planning and executing plumbing system upgrades or improvements
  

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and tools
  

Full-Time
Pay Rate: $25-$28 DOE
