Online Fitness Coach (Remote)
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Online Fitness Coach to join our team. This remote role includes two core responsibilities:

Online Coaching – Using our AI-powered app to build personalized workouts and nutrition plans, track progress, and provide accountability.

Virtual Workout Sessions – Leading live, one-on-one workouts with clients over video to ensure proper form, motivation, and engagement.
No virtual training experience needed. We provide all the training and tools to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

Create customized fitness and nutrition plans based on client goals

Coach and support clients through messaging, check-ins, and our mobile platform

Lead live virtual training sessions with clients remotely

Track progress and make program adjustments as needed

Educate clients on healthy habits and sustainable routines

Communicate professionally and consistently
Qualifications:

Experience as a personal trainer, coach, or fitness professional

Solid understanding of exercise programming and basic nutrition

Strong communication and motivation skills

Comfortable using tech and learning new coaching tools

Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or degree in a related field
Pay: Commission-based, $2K–$8K/month based on clients and sessions.
