Job Description :
We are looking for a Probate & Estate Planning Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and filing documents with the court, maintaining case files, and communicating with clients. Additional duties include preparing estate planning documents and ensuring that all legal requirements are met in the probate process. The incumbent will also coordinate with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:

Experience with Probate and Estate Planning

Legal Research, Drafting, and Filing skills

Ability to prepare and manage legal documents and case files

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a legal team

Notary public certification is a plus

Paralegal certification or an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is preferred
