Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Real Estate Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Juno Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in acquiring land and land rights, negotiating property leases, and resolving land-related conflicts to support the company's projects and operations. This position requires expertise in real estate transactions, legal documentation, and effective collaboration with developers, construction teams, and property owners.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and secure land and land rights through fee acquisitions, leases, and easements to meet company needs.
• Negotiate leasing agreements for company-owned properties and oversee the disposal of surplus assets.
• Conduct negotiations with landowners to obtain transmission rights-of-way, substation sites, and other necessary property rights within project timelines.
• Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, to ensure compliance and successful property transactions.
• Collaborate with developers, construction teams, and government entities to address property-related conflicts and ensure project progress.
• Analyze and interpret legal descriptions and land title hierarchies to facilitate real estate acquisitions and disposals.
• Ensure all necessary property rights are secured to prevent delays in project delivery.
• Interface with external stakeholders such as the Department of Transportation, suppliers, and developers to resolve land use issues.
• Monitor and validate expenses associated with property transactions to align with business unit budgets.
• Provide expertise on real estate procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards.• Proven experience in real estate acquisition, leasing, and property management.
• Strong negotiation skills for securing land rights and resolving conflicts with property owners.
• Knowledge of legal descriptions, land title hierarchy, and real property agreements.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal and real estate documentation.
• Familiarity with construction processes and their impact on real estate transactions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, government entities, and internal teams.
• Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to real estate.
• Proficiency in managing expenses and validating costs associated with property transactions.
