We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Office Services Coordinator opportunity with a well-established and professional Law Firm located in Boca Raton, FL.

Job Summary:
The Office Services Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the law firm. This position is responsible for managing office logistics, supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative support functions to ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Oversee and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory; coordinate orders and maintain stock levels.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for office needs (e.g., cleaning, IT, maintenance).
  • Support onboarding of new employees by preparing workstations and ensuring necessary office equipment and supplies are ready.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining conference room calendars, and coordinating events or firm functions.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including document preparation, filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures and promote a safe and professional workplace.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or facilities coordination in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with office management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Law Firm environment.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
