This role, reporting to the VP of Digital & E-commerce, is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of organic social media for our clients. The ideal candidate will manage content calendars, community engagement, and performance reporting across multiple platforms, while contributing to long-term strategy and growth. This person should be both creative and analytical—able to craft compelling content while using data to inform decisions. Strong writing skills, a deep understanding of platform nuances, and a passion for social storytelling are essential. This position requires at least three years of hands-on experience managing organic social in an agency or brand setting.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Manage the planning, scheduling, and publishing of organic social content across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
• Own and maintain client content calendars, ensuring all content is on-brand, timely, and aligned to client goals
• Craft thoughtful, engaging copy tailored to each platform, audience, and brand voice
• Assemble and adapt social content using existing client assets —creating simple graphics or motion content using tools like Canva, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with our digital creative team to develop high-quality assets as needed
• Monitor and engage with community conversations in real time, escalating issues as needed and fostering positive brand interactions
• Track and analyze performance metrics, turning data into insights and recommendations for optimization
• Contribute to social media strategies and campaign planning, offering platform expertise and trend-driven ideas
• Stay up to date on platform updates, algorithm shifts, and cultural trends to keep content fresh and relevant
• Support the development of monthly or quarterly performance reports and present findings to clients or internal teams

What You’ll Bring:
• 3+ years of experience managing organic social media accounts (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Excellent writing skills, with a portfolio of social content that demonstrates tone versatility and creativity
• Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Familiarity with reporting tools and native platform insights (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
• Ability to interpret data and apply insights to content decisions
• Comfortable creating basic visual content using Canva, Adobe Firefly, or other lightweight design tools
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle shifting priorities across multiple clients
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Light video editing for social media content
• Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Sora)
• Influencer coordination or collaboration for branded content and campaigns
