Personal Injury Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients who have been injured in accidents, particularly motor vehicle accidents, and will be responsible for securing favorable outcomes through effective negotiation and litigation. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will enable better communication with our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and soft tissue injuries.
- Conduct thorough investigations of accidents and injuries to assess legal options.
- Draft and file legal documents, including pre-suit demand letters and court pleadings.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Prepare and present cases in court when necessary, advocating for client interests.
- Maintain detailed records of case progress and communicate regularly with clients regarding updates.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Pre Litigation experience required-
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant state.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, particularly with motor vehicle accidents.
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills, with a proven track record of successful settlements.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred, to assist a diverse client population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
