Our client, A fast-growing, multi-entity company is seeking a hands-on, strategic Corporate Controller to lead it's accounting operations. This is a pivotal role for an experienced financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building structure, driving efficiency, and supporting growth. Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead all aspects of the monthly close, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidations</li>
<li>Oversee a highly transactional accounting team </li>
<li>Solid technical accounting experience</li>
<li>Manage automation and process improvements </li>
<li>Manage audits and compliance </li>

<ul>
<li>Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance</li>
<li> CPA required</li>
<li>Previous public accounting experience ideally at a large firm or Big 4 </li>
<li>10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including time at a Controller or Assistant Controller level </li>
<li>Experience in multi-location/entity and highly transactional environments</li>
<li>Solid ERP experience. Implementation experience highly desired</li>
<li>Strong Leadership skills with a hands-on, detail-driven approach</li>
