Job DescriptionQLM is currently seeking Duct Mechanics for long term site work in Lake Placid, FL!

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and secure ductwork according to blueprints and specifications
• Measure and cut openings in structures for ducts
• Ensure systems are sealed, insulated, and compliant with code
• Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to ensure safe and productive workflow
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duct Mechanic
• Proficient in reading ductwork layouts and blueprints
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or lifts
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• OSHA 10 preferred (can be provided if needed)
