Job Type: Full-time - Quality Assurance Coordinator

  • Starting pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (10:00AM - 7:00PM for the first 3 months of on the job training) THEN 8:30am-5:30pm (On-site in our Tampa Office – 33634)

Job Summary:

The responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Coordinator position include but are not limited to: retrospective and prospective Quality Assurance analysis, call calibration and call monitoring, file auditing, and quality improvement.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • QA Reporting
  • Call Calibration / Call Monitoring
  • Retrospective QA Reviews including File Audits
  • Internal Coaching (verbal and written)
  • Maintain quality documentation
  • Follow up with Department Management on QA Issues
  • Analyze and Report on QA Data and Trends
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Internal Quality

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Experience with Call Center Operations and Quality Assurance Monitoring
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook)
  • Well organized, able to multi-task, and attentive to details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate professionally with business associates inside and outside of the Company

Starting Pay - $17/hr
