Sous Chef Elevated Dining, Miami Energy
Location: Miami, FL
Compensation: $65,000 + Health, Dental, PTO

What Youll Do:
- Be the calm in the storm on a busy Saturday night service
- Lead and inspire a tight-knit team in both prep and execution
- Ensure every dish hits our high standardseven when you're five tickets deep
- Assist with specials, inventory, scheduling, and bringing fresh ideas to the menu
- Bridge the gap between BOH and FOH through clear communication and collaboration
- Be trusted to lead when the Exec is outand still keep the bar high
What You Bring:
- Solid experience in upscale casual or fine dining (24 years in a kitchen leadership role)
- A clean, organized approach to your station and your crew
- A passion for foodbut not the ego
- Experience managing prep, staff, and service without micromanaging
- Cool head, high standards, and a willingness to teach and learn
