Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers
- Schedule appointments for FREE window and roofing presentations.
Requirements:
- Interview and hire candidates
- Train canvassers on scripting, objections and scheduling of appointments
- Motivate and manage canvassers in the field to hit goals on a day to day basis
- Qualified candidates must have experience interviewing, hiring and training canvassers
