Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to contribute to our hiring success by optimizing our recruitment processes and providing essential support to our Talent Acquisition Supervisor. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience while building your expertise in full-cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of all job board postings, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and optimal visibility across various platforms. You'll free up the recruiting team to focus on more strategic initiatives.
- Efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as a central point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition Supervisor to arrange complex calendars.
- Review incoming resumes with a keen eye, identifying qualified candidates for various roles. You'll also conduct initial screening calls, assessing candidate qualifications and cultural fit before advancing them to the next stage.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for less complex but essential positions. This means guiding candidates through the entire process, from initial contact to offer, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and contributing to clear reporting.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout their application journey, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recruitment, administrative, and operational processes, proposing solutions for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in recruitment or a talent acquisition role, including hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting activities.
- At least 2 years of experience consistently utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management, tracking, and data entry.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow within the talent acquisition field.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
