About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pompano Beach. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish (or other relevant languages, depending on the client base), and will provide critical support to office operations, ensuring smooth communication between staff, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and staff

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Spanish

Greet visitors and clients, providing assistance as needed

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars

Prepare reports, forms, and presentations as requested

Translate documents and communications as needed

Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management

Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors

Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written) required

High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)

2+ years of administrative or office support experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
