Our Stuart, FL location is the premier full-service yacht repair facility in Southern Florida. We are dedicated to hiring the most well-qualified people to join our team. We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Service Coordinator.



Job Summary:

This is a full-time position working in our Stuart, FL service yard office. Below is a list of duties and required skills.

Duties:


Primarily data entry of work orders, labor hours, purchase orders and/or invoices
Administrative tasks as delegated including scanning, filing and running misc. errands
Assist Service Department with various tasks
Database management
Marine industry experience preferred

Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

  • At least three years of administrative experience required
  • Marine industry experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with High Profile clientele
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers and staff
  • Outstanding customer service and interest in the marine industry
  • Friendly, highly approachable personality
  • Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work alone or with team maintaining a positive attitude
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Agree to comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in an upright standing position for extended periods of time as needed
  • High School Diploma required
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Able to lift 15 pounds, reach, bend, climb, grasp, kneel, push, pull, and twist as needed
  • Must speak, read and write English in a clear and concise manner
  • This is a Drug-Free workplace, and all applicants must agree to a pre-employment background screening


Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour shift
  • Overtime as needed
  • Weekends as needed (rarely)
