This is responsible for the management and evaluation of regional marketing efforts including website upkeep, digital advertising campaign management and overall reporting and analytics on campaign performance.

This role will assist the marketing team to ensure maximum efficiency of the dollars spent on advertising and successful community launches.

Primary Responsibilities.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator will assist with website updates, such as pricing, product descriptions, images and copy.

This role will also write copy for the online community pages, email campaigns and digital and print ads for new community launches.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the two advertising agencies and track monthly retainer spots, campaign run dates for advertisements, performance reports and keep the marketing team abreast of program results.

Submit requests and run all ads through the appropriate approval channels for Facebook, Zillow, Realtor.

com, Yahoo and other advertising efforts.

Manage PPC (pay-per-click) program for all active communities throughout the region.

Assist in monitoring the budget and spend for marketing/advertising efforts on a monthly basis.

The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and monitoring the divisional marketing plans and making recommendations for improvements.

Assist with monthly Google Analytics reporting on community page performance across all digital marketing efforts.

Evaluate performance of marketing programs including eblasts, A/B email test, direct mail, surveys, advertisements, webpages, videos/images and assist to develop best practices.

Qualifications.

Two to four years of successful marketing/sales experience.

Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills.

Effective oral and written communication is critical.

Four-year bachelors degree preferred.
