Purpose: Support Market Manager in contract solicitation preparation, rate loading, inventory replenishment and daily work load in support of hotel partners in a defined set of markets.

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED, AND SALARY EXPECTATIONS MUST BE STATED.

Description: Support Market Manager in daily operations for destination hotel partners.

Load new hotel products in to extranet system.

Assist in preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly reports.

Create and update hotel partner presentations as requested.

Provide assistance with rate loading and contract updates.

Maintain market contacts spreadsheet.

Request additional inventory from sold out hotels.

Proof own work.

Maintain status schedule of data completed, data in-progress & data waiting to be processed.

Maintain open dialogue with Market Manager and Sr.

Vice President.

Contacts: This has very frequent contact with hotel partners at all levels.

Available to work 40 hours a week (8 hours a day business hours).

Detail oriented.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent Organizational, follow up and communication skills.

Conscientious, quick learner, Adaptable.

Professional Telephone Etiquette.

Skills, Experience & Technology in priority order: High school degree required, College degree preferred or related work experience (internships available).

Strong organization, communication, and people skills required.

Good phone and people skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and usage of the Internet.

Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment.
