Job Description

As an Insurance agency Customer Service Representative (CSR) the main priority will be driving new sales and cross selling our current clientele. CSR's will be handling and servicing daily needs to current client policies as needed. Tasks will include policy servicing, new account setup and support, and record keeping of all transactions. This role requires working an extremely organized individual who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, assume new responsibilities, and adjust priorities as needed


  • Transactional filing and follow-up in agency management system and corresponding carrier
  • Daily reports and client maintenance
  • Managing overall client relationships with a focus on policy retention
  • Quoting and sales to new prospects and leads

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance is preferred, however training is an option for qualified¬†prospects.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with basic computer skills including experience moving between multiple computer screens while entering data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent customer focus and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Willing to work in a team environment
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred, college-level education is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

All Customers are expected to wear a mask upon entry of our building. In office visits have been limited and are on appointment basis at this time.
