Requirements:

Our award-winning BALEEN Naples restaurant seeks a Chef de Cuisine that would like to showcase his or her culinary talents, wants to elevate the dining experience and continuously offering a fun work environment and creating memorable dining experiences. The above are just a couple of great attributes that this position offers and requires. The ideal candidate has prior Chef de Cuisine experience in a high end and volume-oriented restaurant and enjoys working on his or her feet. Prior Hotel or Resort experience would be a plus.
