We are requesting a courageous, hard-working Customer Service Representative to join Estrella.
- Provides quality customer service by assisting customers, establishing new customer relationships and strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Bilingual - fluent in both English and Spanish
- 4-40 and 2-20 Licenses
- Customer service experience
- Responsible for addressing client, patient and/or provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as well as client instructions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
- Eligible for benefits, bonuses and commission
