Eat The Frog Fitness is seeking highly motivated, passionate, and energetic individuals for Sales career opportunities for its new Downtown Orlando studio! Eat The Frog Fitness is an exciting new personalized small group training experience that offers a variety of fitness training sessions 24/7.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in quota-driven pre-sales and sales (fitness industry preferred) and understand how to maximize every opportunity to drive daily membership sales and grow membership, while promoting our Customer First Culture. We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs and and answer their fitness "why."

Job Responsibilities:

Sales

· ENERGETIC, OUTGOING, and TEAM ORIENTATED!

· Nurture and close leads promptly, professionally, and effectively.

· Membership sales and retain existing members.

· Participate in the studio’s social media presence with posts and engagement.

· Attend presales activities at our pre-sales location, local events, and races.

· Open, maintain, and close Studio in accordance with Studio standards.

· Maintain accurate records using Eat The Frog Fitness systems.

Customer Service

· Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming disposition.

· Build a strong community studio environment that is engaging and fun.

· Remember names and support personal fitness goals of members.

· On boards new members to create an amazing first impression and experience.

· Commitment to the “Customer First” culture

Skills Needed

· HIGH energy and a “can’t fail” desire to grow with an amazing company.

· Proven success in sales and desire to drive the business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations.

· Ability to execute on monthly studio performance goals.

· Strong Communication skills and engaging personality.

· 1-2 years of sales experience preferred (fitness industry experience is a bonus).

· Minimum one year of leadership experience in boutique fitness preferred for management candidates.
