Join our Insurance Agency, a leading insurance agency located in South Florida. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Producer with a 20-44 or 2-20 license to join our team. As a Sales Producer, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients, build relationships, and provide them with personalized insurance solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting and networking, as well as cross-selling to existing clients. You will have access to a wide range of insurance products and tools to meet the unique needs of each client.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Present and explain insurance options to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.

Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients to help them protect all aspects of their lives.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to ensure the highest level of service and expertise for clients.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Requirements

Active 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license is required.

Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
