The Center Administrator Assistant supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administrator Assistant works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.

The Center Administrator Assistant executes staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility and works closely with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Decisions typically are related to schedule, plans, and daily operations. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature and has ability to influence a group of support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates. Ensures consistency in execution across team. Provides feedback on performance to Center Administration Management.

Job Functions:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing, filing etc.

  • Create productivity and other reports for the administrator.

  • Participates in marketing events.

  • Oversees completion of special projects and cascades to staff.

  • Complies with company policy and procedures.

  • Responsible for submitting time sheets for payroll and forms for HR.

  • Responsible for answering phones, maintaining logs, daily reporting and scheduling meetings.

  • Reviews center statistics and maintain goals.

  • Responsible for opening and closing the center.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual English (read, write & speak) and Spanish.

  • 3 years of experience in the medical field

  • Ability to work on the weekend if needed.

  • Must have exceptional communication and organization skills.

  • Ability to work with the elderly population in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.

  • Excellent customer service.

  • Must interact with patients in a respectful and amicable manner.

  • Computer literate, Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills,

  • Must be able to handle stressful situations.

  • Must be willing to travel, only if required to cover other center or attend to a meeting off site.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree

  • Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations.

  • ECW – a plus

Working Hours: Mon/Fri 8 to 5, and when the Administrator is out 7 to 5 pm.
