Responsible to assist in new business marketing. Teammate will work closely with Producers to develop a marketing plan for renewal accounts.

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting marketing assigned to new business.
Review completed submission for accuracy before sending out.
Responsible for obtaining additional information from underwriters.
Have open lines of communication with Producers and Account Managers on all accounts.
Review applications and loss runs for submission 90 days out.
Delegate quotes from incumbent carriers to account managers.
Follow Quality Control requirements; Maintain account files and oversee that document are placed into appropriate sections for Quality Control guidelines.
Assist in creating Proposal Shells (to be presented by the producer)
Utilize Agency Management System as required by company policy.
Assist in entering accounts with carrier's online systems.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)-Required
Associate's or bachelor's degree-Preferred
P&C License (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to write and verbally communicate in a professional manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, PP, Office365)
