Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware, and networks. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting our business operations and providing a secure and effective environment for our employees. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and support software and hardware components of the company's networked computer system, ensuring optimal performance and security. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and execute necessary maintenance tasks to prevent downtime. • Manage network and telecommunications infrastructure, server and storage infrastructure, personal computer systems, printers, and other peripherals to ensure seamless operation. • Administer server infrastructure within data centers, VMware, and Azure virtual environments, managing setup, configuration, and operations to support organizational needs. • Maintain Active Directory infrastructure, managing user accounts, groups, sites, links, Group Policy, and permissions to ensure secure and efficient access control. • Manage the Office 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, One Drive for Business, and Intune. • Implement and enforce system, network, security, equipment, and user policies to maintain compliance and protect organizational assets. • Educate users on hardware and software components, providing training and support to resolve issues promptly. • Utilize extensive knowledge and resources, including manuals, the Internet, and vendor technical support, to resolve complex technical problems independently. • Oversee technical vendor accounts, contracts, and licensing, ensuring effective management and compliance with legal and organizational standards. • Conduct timely testing and implementation of new patches, updates, and upgrades for servers and workstations to maintain system integrity and security.
