About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with specialized experience managing a book of business focused on condominium accounts. This role is responsible for overseeing accounts with premiums averaging $100K, ensuring retention, growth, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with condo associations or similar property-focused accounts and must understand the unique coverage, service, and regulatory needs of this segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject-matter expert for condominium accounts, with a focus on managing books with premium levels around $100K.
- Lead administrative and customer service activities, including policy administration, billing, claims handling, and coverage analysis, specifically tailored to the condo market.
- Proactively manage policy renewals, ensuring all new and renewal insurance policies for condo accounts are bound, billed, and delivered accurately and on time.
- Support new business efforts by preparing underwriting submissions, conducting loss run analysis, and negotiating coverages and pricing specific to condominium properties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date policy documentation within the agency management system, with an emphasis on the nuances of condo association coverage.
- Communicate regularly with clients, anticipating their needs and providing timely, transparent updates on their policies and coverages.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of account management experience, preferably working with condominium associations or similar property accounts.
- Experience managing a book of business with accounts in the $100K premium range is required.
- Active 2-20 license, with a preference for candidates holding a professional designation (e.g., CIC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an in-depth understanding of the insurance needs of condominium clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume work with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and insurance-related software.
- A commitment to delivering top-tier service and maintaining high levels of professionalism.
