Noble Center for Health & Healing is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Medical Receptionist to become a key part of our wellness-centered practice. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a warm, friendly environment and loves connecting with people.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phone calls with confidence and clarity
- Schedule appointments efficiently (Experience with Charm EHR is a plus, but not required)
- Manage patient flow and ensure a positive front desk experience
- Engage with patients regarding wellness products and support product sales
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

- Experience in a medical or wellness office setting
