Multi-Market Support Specialist I- FL
The Multi-Market Support Specialist I is responsible for preparing all materials required for the renewal process, beginning 90 days prior to renewal date. This information is obtained from the carrier portals, direct communication with carriers and subsequent input from stakeholders including, but not limited to, the carrier, broker or Warner Pacific Sales Consultant.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Monitor upcoming renewals to initial the work at least 90 days prior to renewal date.
- Gather, transfer & manipulate census data into WP template & carrier templates as needed.
- Maintain record/notes of accounts in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Gather additional renewal documentation, including but not limited to invoices and renewal letters.
- Proofread all data within templates prior to distributing to stakeholders in a timely fashion.
- Conduct post renewal audit to validate accuracy of final renewal information
- Update internal tools as appropriate.
- Make note of potential workflow or process enhancements and communicate to supervisor for consideration.
- Participate in and complete other department projects as assigned in an efficient, cooperative and timely fashion.
- Respond promptly to all internal and external communications, such as client or management e-mails and phone messages, ideally within no more than 4 hours of receipt.

Additional Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
- Exceptional proofreading skills.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm in pressure situations.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to perform data entry with an exceptional degree of accuracy.
- Answer phone and monitor email simultaneously.
- Ability to self-start and think/act independently and in concert with co-workers, management and customers.
- Ability to maintain and foster positive, open communication channels with internal and external customers.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and emphasis on intermediate-advanced Excel.
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, lift a minimum of 5 pounds, file, stand, bend, reach and pull.
Compensation
- Hourly Range: $20.44- $27.26 per hour
- Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.
