What You'll Own
Office Operations & Environment Management

Open and prep the office daily to SYZYGY standards—lights, sound machines, diffusers, cleanliness

Maintain immaculate shared spaces, restock supplies/snacks/drinks, water plants, and manage trash schedules

Track and reorder inventory, supplies, and coordinate with vendors
-
Maintain global team calendar (events, PTO, meetings, holidays)
-
Organize and maintain all business documentation, compliance dates, and internal records
-
Oversee vendors (cleaning crew, IT, printer, wellness providers) and process related invoices
-
Track and submit office-related expenses and reimbursements
Executive Support (primarily CEO)

Provide light, proactive administrative support such as printing, breakfast/coffee setups, delivery runs, and workspace prep
-
Handle discreet requests with urgency and confidentiality

Maintain executive office tidiness, manage ad hoc needs, and coordinate small errands or tasks

Act as a grounded and go-to partner in supporting the executive team's day-to-day needs
Events, Wellness & Culture Coordination

Plan and execute monthly birthday celebrations, internal team events, wellness programming, and company-wide initiatives

Coordinate weekly Wellness Wednesday offerings: chiropractic care, mindfulness sessions, yoga

Prepare welcome desks for new hires, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and maintain equipment/fob logs

Monitor team morale and lead periodic office experience surveys
What You Bring

5+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or high-level administrative roles
-
Deep organizational skills and love for structure, systems, and creating order

Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, professional environment

Discretion, emotional intelligence, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple systems, and Google Workspace

Familiarity with CRMs and tech troubleshooting is a plus

Position Details

Full-Time, In-Office Only (Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Occasional nights and weekends required for events or special projects

Salary: $60,000–$65,000/year based on experience + perks & benefits
