Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Receptionist to join our team in Hialeah. This role is essential to maintaining a positive and welcoming front office environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests and staff and will provide essential administrative support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and guests with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as needed.
  • Handle and route incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
  • Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness; ensure visitor logs are completed.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, copying, and faxing.
  • Support monthly reporting, invoice organization, and basic document handling.
  • Communicate with leadership, vendors, and staff to support daily operations.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times.
  • Assist in preparing correspondence and handling confidential documents.
  • Operate standard office equipment including computers, printers, and calculators.



Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of receptionist, clerical, or front desk experience preferred.
  • Computer literacy (email, Microsoft Word/Excel, data entry).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
