Assembler – Help Build the Future of Clean Energy!
Location: Largo, Florida
Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday + Overtime (Saturday/Sunday)
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $21.45/hr
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $22.42/hr
What You’ll Be Doing:
Join a mission-driven team assembling cutting-edge solar and control panels that power a cleaner tomorrow. In this hands-on role, you’ll:
- Build high-quality components in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to bring designs to life
- Follow blueprints and schematics with precision and attention to detail
- Handle small components like microchips and PCBs with care and accuracy
- Collaborate with a supportive team to meet production goals and uphold quality standards
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a production or assembly role
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (soldering experience is a plus!)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- A steady hand and keen eye for working with small, intricate parts
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with mechanical assembly and wiring
- Familiarity with soldering techniques and procedures

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
