Located at our headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, the Procurement Administrator will be reporting to the Head of Procurement and focus on product conformity, warranties, returns, after-sales support, and various other functions related to supporting the Procurement Team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organization skills and will also be able to handle multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage any product non-conformities or rejections and resolve issues with suppliers
- Manage rejections and subsequent warranties, rejections, and credits
- Assist in after-sales support for any technical data or documentation needed for specific products
- Ensure open purchase orders have corresponding component traceability paperwork scanned in the files
- Ensure quality documents and paperwork is up to date for the supplier base
- Work on quarterly vendor scorecards for top suppliers
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Technical School Degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office i.e.: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Proficient with computers and ability to learn to work with various software applications
- Strong communication and analytical skills, process-oriented and organized
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks independently
