Position: Full-Time Fiberglass Fabricator

H2O Amphibious is seeking an experienced and dedicated fiberglass fabricator to join our innovative team in Jensen Beach, Florida. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of amphibious water cars, and we need a skilled fabricator to help us create durable, high-quality fiberglass components for our cutting-edge vehicles.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Fiberglass Infusion Fabrication: Cut, mold, shape, and assemble fiberglass parts for amphibious vehicles, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Tooling & Mold Making: Create and maintain fiberglass molds and tooling used for vehicle parts.
- Customization & Repairs: Work on both new builds and custom modifications for existing vehicles, including creating bespoke parts.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test all fiberglass components to ensure durability, performance, and smooth finishes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, design, and production teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Efficient Production: Meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in fiberglass fabrication (automotive, marine, or similar industries preferred)
- Strong skills in mold-making, laying fiberglass, finishing, and working with various resins and composites
- Knowledge of fiberglass repair techniques and methods for restoring and reinforcing parts
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to handle fiberglass materials and work in a hands-on, shop environment
- A passion for working with innovative vehicle designs and materials
- Previous experience in amphibious vehicles, boats, or automotive industries is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Shift: 8 hour shift
