• Provide expert guidance on performance management processes to support leadership and employee development.
• Manage labor and employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Offer recommendations to resolve workplace conflicts and promote employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with local employment laws and regulations to guide decision-making and ensure compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, offering support on sensitive workplace matters.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Facilitate training sessions on employee relations topics for managers and staff.
• Work onsite to address issues promptly and provide real-time solutions.• Proven experience in employee relations, including handling investigations and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Background in HR generalist roles or similar positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
