We currently grow and import fresh floral products from multiple countries so that we may consistently supply our customers with the highest quality of fresh cut flowers that we are known for. This highly-motivated candidate understands our mission and wants to join our growing company.
The Position:
This is a full time position in the Doral area. This sales position requires an individual who is driven and has the ability to strengthen customer relationships, build new relationships, and develop strategies to increase business.
The responsibilities of the account manager will include:
· Daily contact to manage and process orders placed by customers to ensure retention and satisfaction
· Daily, weekly, monthly customer sales analysis to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
· Create strategic plans with customers to fill daily needs as well as peak needs
· Plan, recommend and execute short and long-range goals and budget development for Sales.
· Continually analyze and evaluate all opportunities to maximize revenue and profit.
· Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
· Actively work to meet and exceed expectations
· Support the company’s mission and values in every interaction with internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience of fresh cut floral products
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Creative, open-minded and a forward thinker
- Excellent time management skills to handle time sensitive tasks
- Detail-oriented and a team-player
- A solid work ethic and self-motivated
